The pretty town of Navajas lies on the Palancia River, which is the next large river valley to the North of the Rio Turia. The town lies just off the A-23 between Sagunto and Teruel, and can be reached either via the CV-35 and A-7, or by following the Scenic road across the mountains from Olocau.

The town contains several opulent Villas – Navajas became quite wealthy many years ago, when the large number of Natural Springs around the town became well-known – but the main attraction is a River walk which takes in many of the Springs, as well as a dramatic valley, which the River has cut out, with bathing pools, and a high waterfall (), which drops over the edge of the gorge, and into the river.

There are signs all over town to the Tourist Office – but the office itself has no sign outside! Look for the , in the main square (which has a huge Elm tree) – the Tourist Office is in the basement. They have English-language guides to the various walking routes around the town and along the river.

During Summer weekends, and for almost the whole of August, there are usually families here, picnicking and swimming in the river near to the waterfall.
